The Jutev family - Irina and Krasimir offer for rent
three self-contained luxurious apartments in the city center of Varna to
foreign and Bulgarian visitors for holiday, tourism and business trips
throughout the year.
Provided that our own apartments are occupied during the period you
wish, we can offer you accommodation in other apartments in downtown
Varna or in the villas area between Varna and Golden Sands.
We already have our own tourist agency
registered under the name of "Rina - Irina Dzhuteva", with Licence
No. 05004 from 12th August 2002.
The price of the houses is for a day accommodation
and depends on their size, condition and location. The prices are up to
31 EUR per day for a whole house. They all are around the Sea garden,
near by the beach.
The apartments 1 and 2 are in a new luxurious
building 200 m away from the seacoast and the Sea garden, which
is the symbol of Varna.The building is in operation since
September 1998.
There are shops on the ground floor and an elevator. It is
adjacent to numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and banks.
The apartments are each with an area 65 m2 and are located
respectively on the 3rd and 4th floors. They are suitable for
accommodating 1- 4 persons. The apartments are equipped with a
fridge, cooker and kitchens utensils for cooking. Both
apartments are an air-conditioned. |

They also have cable TV. The proprietors clean and
change the bed linen every couple of days. You can rest in a peaceful
ambience, similar to the coziness at your own home. In case you are
traveling by car, there is a parking place reserved for you in the
interior yard of the building.
The reservation of the apartments is valid after
payment of a deposit for two or three nights. The rest payment is in the
same day when is your accommodation. Every person has to pay a tourist charge 1 lev per
day.
The third apartment is situated 10 minutes away by foot from the Sea
garden, in the central part of the city. It is on the second floor of
the building and spreads on an area of 60 m2 . It is suitable for
accommodating 1-4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can
cook your food there. Air-conditioner. It is cleaned and the bed linen and the towels are
changed every couple of days. The living room and the bedroom are
connected.
